Precision in the numbers.
Instinct in the market.

I'm Kyle Jedlicka, a Master of Financial Analysis graduate who built a $50K luxury watch business from scratch while advising real clients on financial strategy. I bring an analyst's rigor and a founder's ownership to everything I take on.

About

Analyst by training, operator by habit

My path into finance started in an unusual place: the secondary luxury watch market. As a college freshman I founded Second Semester Watch Company, and running it taught me pricing strategy, valuation, P&L discipline, and how to earn the trust of high-value clients. Those are lessons no classroom could replicate.

I paired that real-world education with formal training: a business degree from Virginia Tech focused on entrepreneurship and technology management, followed by a Master of Financial Analysis at Christopher Newport University, where I also served as a graduate assistant supporting accreditation reporting and national ranking submissions.

Whether I'm building financial models, advising a nonprofit on commercialization strategy, or closing a sale with a collector, my approach is the same: do the research, ground every recommendation in data, and follow through on every commitment.

Featured Project

Nonprofit commercialization strategy

Graduate consulting capstone · Joseph W. Luter III School of Business · Spring 2026

As part of a small cross-functional graduate team, I consulted a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a strategic path to commercialize into a for-profit venture, turning an ambiguous mandate into a structured, defensible roadmap.

We evaluated revenue streams, cost structure, and expense trends; built financial projections and scenario analyses; and applied the Business Model Canvas, Mission Model Canvas, and a custom hybrid framework to connect strategy to the numbers.

The engagement culminated in a formal presentation to the university president and dean, where I communicated complex financial findings persuasively to senior, non-technical decision-makers.
